1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.

As with any drug, the cost of the medication can be quite steep. You may see prices starting at$1,200 for 30 tablets, or you may see it for$800 for 30 tablets, depending on the pharmacy you choose.
Pharmacies have different pricing structures, so it’s important to understand each type of drug in detail before you order. Here’s what you need to know.
What is Cialis (tadalafil)? It’s one of the most well-known erectile dysfunction drugs, with millions of prescriptions for the drug each year. It is commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation in men. Cialis, or tadalafil, works by increasing blood flow to the penis, which helps achieve and maintain an erection. It is available as a generic, and there are also several other brands available, including Proscar (for BPH), Propecia (for PPH), and others.
Cialis (tadalafil) is a prescription-only medication. It is prescribed for erectile dysfunction and can help men achieve and maintain an erection during sexual activity. It is also available in 5mg and 20mg tablets, although they differ slightly in price.
The cost of tadalafil varies depending on the pharmacy you choose. Here’s a breakdown of the different costs:
Cialis (tadalafil) is a brand-name drug sold under the brand name Cialis (tadalafil) or similar erectile dysfunction medication. It is the generic equivalent of the branded drug Cialis, which is also the active ingredient in Tadalafil. The price for a 30-tablet supply is $1,200 for a 30-tablet supply. Some people may have trouble paying for a 30-tablet supply because they don’t have enough money to buy the medication in their local pharmacy.
However, there are cheaper alternative medications available, such as Propecia (for BPH) and Proscar (for PPH), which may be covered by local insurance. These medications are available in different strengths, and the cost can vary depending on the dosage.
Cialis is manufactured by Eli Lilly, the manufacturer of tadalafil. The active ingredient in Cialis is tadalafil, which is also available as a brand-name drug. Generic drugs are available in a wider range of strengths and formulations than brand-name medications. The cost per tablet is also influenced by the dosage and brand.
In general, the cost for a 30-tablet supply is, or. Some people may see higher prices for larger quantities, such as 5mg or 20mg tablets, due to the higher potency of the medication. This could be because they don’t need the medication for more than a month, and their medication will still work for a longer period of time than a brand-name medication.

SANDOON, BC (WABC) — The Canadian Competition and Consumer Commission, seeking to keep prices low on prescription drugs, ordered the province to pay for its first $1.5 million in a lawsuit alleging that it had unlawfully and illegally sold more than 1,000 prescription drugs in the last five years.
Sancouver-based Health Sciences and Inc. is the first federal court to hold Health Canada to a lower price limit for prescription drugs. The company, based in Vancouver, is seeking to prevent price increases on all prescription drugs, including the top-selling prescription drug, Viagra. The price includes more than $1.5 million per prescription, the commission alleged.
“Health Canada has acted legally and internally by issuing price hikes to consumers for the first time since 1999,” said the report’s author, Dr. Peter J. Dutin. The case was filed in the U. S. District Court for the District of Columbia and is currently being investigated by the federal government. “We are disappointed that Health Canada’s decision to increase the price of Viagra and Cialis is not based on sound reasons,” Dr. Dutin added.
The price was set at $1.5 million per prescription, according to the report.
Health Canada’s ruling is the latest in a series of investigations into drug price increases, including one by the Vancouver-based Canadian Competition and Consumer Commission. The commission had argued that the price increase was motivated by price controls imposed by Health Canada and that Health Canada’s decision to increase the price of prescription drugs was “false or misleading.”
In a statement toWABC, Health Canada said, “The results of the investigations have been timely, comprehensive and in accordance with the standards set forth by Health Canada.”
The Vancouver-based company, based in Vancouver, is seeking to prevent price increases on all prescription drugs, including the top-selling prescription drug, Viagra.
“This is one of the first cases in which Health Canada has brought charges against the manufacturer for price increases for the brand name drug, Viagra,” said the company in its statement. “Health Canada has taken appropriate action to address the issues raised in this case.”
Vancouver-based Health Sciences and Inc., which operates more than 10 facilities in Canada, said it will hold a second investigation in the near future. The company has not received any formal response from Health Canada.
In the meantime, the commission has ordered Health Canada to take action against manufacturers who manufacture and distribute prescription drugs containing sildenafil, tadalafil or vardenafil, and to pay the government for $1.5 million in fines.
“We are pleased that Health Canada has taken this case seriously and are committed to providing the public with the appropriate information regarding this case,” said Health Canada in its statement. “Health Canada’s decision to increase the price of Viagra and Cialis is timely, comprehensive and in accordance with the standards set forth by Health Canada.”
